The Door Technologies develops software to connect forward-looking investors to talented underrepresented startup founders and to help enterprises source innovative solutions by partnering with startups.
The Door exists to accomplish two key objectives:
- Help increase the share of venture capital invested in startups founded by talented, but overlooked, entrepreneurs.
- Provide a seamless way for companies to solve internal challenges by matching them with pre-vetted, innovative startups.
CEO and Founder Yves Louis-Jacques is a 500 Startups alum whose past roles include Head of Marketing and Operations at Scopio, an end-to-end platform for UGC images & videos, and Management Consultant at Accenture.
The Door’s pilot investor partners include Arena Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Omidyar Network, and Backstage Capital, which is also an investor in The Door.
